My mission with Steps of Faith is to glorify the Lord by sharing my gift and passion of breath taking dance with others. Whether this be through fostering young minds and hearts or sharing the art through creating full ballets that showcase the raw, emotional capacity of dance and touch the minds and hearts of all who attend.

It has been my dream since I was young to create a dance academy that is Christ centered and to make an impact with the gift I was blessed with.

It’s not about dancing for oneself but dancing for a higher purpose.

What sets Steps of Faith Ballet Academy apart is we are faith based and kingdom driven! The environment we want to provide our students is one that will ignite their passion for serving the Lord with the gifts they were blessed with, while also fostering growth in that gift as well as their faith.

Academy requirements:

Written artist statement that encompasses who you are as an artist, your testimony as to what led you to this path in either your faith and or your craft, where you aspire to be and why the Academy appeals to you.
3 Academy Performances per year are required (Including 3 bills per performance).
12 hours a week is required. Academy classes are hosted Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4pm-8pm.

4:00 - 4:30: PBT/Palates (30 Min)
4:30 - 6:00: Ballet (1.5 Hrs)
6:30 - 7:00: Variations (30 Min)
7:00 - 8:30: Story Ballet Rehearsal (1.5 Hrs)
-Thursday:
4:00 - 4:30: PBT/Palates (30 Min)
4:30 - 6:00: Ballet (1.5 Hrs)
6:30 - 7:00: Pas De Deux (30 Min)
7:00 - 8:30: Story Ballet Rehearsal (1.5 Hrs)
-Friday:
4:00 - 4:30: Strength/Conditioning (30 Min)
4:30 - 6:00: Ballet (1.5 Hrs)
6:30 - 7:00: Variations (30 Min)
7:00 - 8:30: Story Ballet Rehearsal (1.5 Hrs)
-Fees and Tuition:
Registration Fee: $100 per student
Academy Tuition: $350 Monthly

Our Classes

Academy Courses and Additional Steps of Faith Courses are offered Monday - Friday Only.

Private Lesson Slots are offered throughout the week - $70/hr

Additional private lessons can be scheduled for Saturdays upon request but are set at a higher hourly rate of $100/hr.

Dance Worship

Skill Set: All Levels ~ Wednesdays 4pm - 5pm $100/Month ~ $25 Walk - In

Our Dance Worship class combines the elegance of ballet with the spirit of worship, offering a unique opportunity to express faith through movement.

Students will develop ballet technique while engaging in uplifting, faith-centered choreography set to inspiring music.

This class is designed to cultivate both physical strength and spiritual connection, creating a beautiful space for dancers of all levels to glorify God through the art of dance.

Embracing Blessings

Skill Set: Advanced ~ Mondays 5:30 - 7:30 $180/ Month ~ $40 Walk - In

Embracing Blessings is an advanced-level class designed for dedicated dancers seeking to refine their technique in ballet, contemporary and pointe within a Christ-centered environment.

This class challenges students to grow in strength, artistry, and expression while embracing their God-given gifts.

Through dynamic movement and worship choreography, dancers will deepen both their technical skill and spiritual walk, using their talents to glorify the lord through excellence in dance.

Anchored in Grace

Skill Set: All Levels ~ Mondays 4:00-5:30pm $140/ Month ~ $35 Walk - In

Anchored in Grace is a Christ-centered pas de deux (partnering) class that focuses on trust, connection, and strength—both in dance and in faith.

Designed for dedicated dancers seeking to learn or improve in partnering, this class teaches the foundations of classical partnering, including lifts, turns, and supported balances, all while emphasizing teamwork and mutual respect.

As dancers learn to move together with grace and unity, they are reminded of the beauty of partnership rooted in God’s design—lifting one another up in both movement and spirit.

First Steps of Faith

Skill Set: Beginner ~ Wednesdays 5:00 -6:30pm $120/Month ~ $30 Walk - In

First Steps of Faith is an introductory ballet class designed for young or beginner dancers that offers a gentle introduction to the art of ballet in a Christ-centered environment.

In this class, students will learn the basic fundamentals of ballet, including posture, balance, and simple movements, all while being encouraged to grow in grace, confidence, and faith. Through each step, we cultivate not only technical skill but also a deeper understanding of how God’s love guides our movement and expression.

It’s the perfect starting point for little dancers to take their first steps on a journey of artistic and spiritual growth!
